an apology

Most of the notes have gone out and a few are still in the process of being sent.

It hurts.  I know I didn’t provide an experience that let all of you amazing clients know just how much you mean to me.  I want to sincerely apologize.  With my whole self.  I simply was not prepared to handle the volume of work that I took on during our road trip and then have my husband go back to work full time.  It’s been a learning and growing process.

Though I’m setting new systems to make everything work together, precious people were left waiting an unacceptable amount of time and I’m SO very sorry.  So sorry.  With all of me.

To all of my sweet clients, thank you for entrusting me with your beauty and who you are.  I value that to the moon and back.  I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate your patience and grace with me during a season of growing pains and life changes.  I’ve been working hard to make new systems and limit the number of clients I take to make sure that my clients know just how much I care.
