I could pretend like this never happens, but I’d be lying.  This is my life.

A few weeks ago, I was tired and just needed to do something to spice things up.  So I told the kids we should try to stand on our heads.  It was fun.  And they continue to improve their skills.

I realize we don’t have a lot of photos with us and the kids.  So I suggested we go outside and get some pictures of Ted and the little ones.  I usually end up in tears after any time I try to take “real” pictures of my kids.  So we went out in front of our house with a goal of 5 minutes, light-hearted-ness and maybe a few.  This time – I didn’t end up in tears and I think the kids actually had some fun.  Baby steps, people…
